I'm using a multi-page dashboard. I want to have the opportunity to view the reports in Excel- or PDF-format. In Cognos Viewer there is a tollbar with these options, but not when you use a multi-page.
Is it possible to create this toolbar (or buttons) in the multi-page or in the reports??

There is not an esay way to do this, but I am sure it is possible with the SDK.  You would likely have to embed the toolbar onto each report or change how the multi-page dashbaord is rendered.
Best,

Hello,

There is a workaround for this, but it adds an extra layer.

Create a New Page containing a Cognos Viewer which inturn contains your report, then add the "Page" to the Dashboard portlet.    ;D

If you are manually running a report view in pdf, excel, xml icon will be enabled for all users automatically.
But in the case of scheduled report ouputs displayed in the dashboard, only HTML output will be saved in the cognos backend, so you need to save the scheduled report to run in all the formats,
Click Advanced Options.
