Cognos Install Error - What does it mean?

I'm installing Cognos 6 (Impromptu and PowerPlay) on a Windows 2003 server.  During the install of both, I receive the following errors:

XWSETUP.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

Clicking OK to this error goes in loops but when click CANCEL get the following:

The Procedure Entry Point GetProcessImageFileNameW Could Not be Located in the Dynamic Link Library PSAPI.DLL

Has anyone experienced these errors and how can they be resolved?  The install appeared to work/complete but unsure if everything is installed properly.
