printing set up for new page

Hello my friends

I got this problems first time. I am printing my company reports(medical).some customer has less records and fit in one page and some has more records and goes for more than one page and our printer prints normally like every pages contineously.
but my manager is giving me hard time since couple of days that He wants this way.
1-If customer has less records and  fits in one page then Ok. Then go to next page with next customer records.
2-If customer has more records and does not fit in first page then It should print back of the page instead of going next page.......

I am So confuse ehat to do......is it possible my friends

May be you need to get support from cognos on this.
