Cognos 8.4 SDK Download

I need to install/configure Cognos 8.4 SDK. Could you help me, where i can download the sdk kit?

Can i do a custom installation for SDK alone? Kindly help me.

You have to buy a license to use the cognos sdk.... there is no free download.
