My command of PHP is pretty poor (even on the best of days) so instead of just widening the subject field on the board index, I've increased the general width of the forum template.

Hope you like it - at least now you don't have to scroll down as much to see all the topics.

Would love to hear community feedback (I've kept backups so I can roll-back without too much trouble).
