Good day!

TR0408: System Language setting differs

I have problem with Transformer 8.3.
We copy mdl model  from Windows to Unix(SUn Solaris 9).
This error can occur when a model populated on a machine with one language setting(Windows) was moved to another machine(Unix) with another language setting. Where can we change local settings on Unix and Windows?
