Hi,
We found that there are many reports which were not being used since long time. We want to Archive them. Is there any feature in cognos that lets all the unused reports at a time instead of archiving every individual report?
Thanks,
Jaspire

No such feature.  You'd have to do something with the SDK to automate.

Thanks Almeids,
But we didn't Purchase SDK. I am wondering if it is possible to use Content store in any way for automating.
Our idea is:
First we will find the reports and the paths of reports which were not used from audit database.
Then we will locate the reports and the path and the actual Physical location in the Content store database and then we write some sort of automated program to change the path of the reports which were not used for long time.
I appreciate if you could give us any suggestions on this.

I would suggest NOT updating the content store directly.  I don't see how simply changing the path of unused reports constitutes "archiving" anyway.
Are you banging out reports and retiring them at such a rate on an ongoing basis that this merits automation?  If so, get the SDK, it's short money.  But if this is a onetime catch-up effort, which seems more likely, once you've identified the unused reports just bite the bullet and do whatever you need to do manually.  Then monitor report usage periodically so you won't have so much maintenance building up.
Don't get me wrong, I'm an automation freak myself so I understand the temptation to make everything "lights out", but in some cases the manual task is so trivial  and intermittent that it's best left that way.

Thank you. Actually the archiving maybe onetime issue. So I may go for manual archiving.
