Cube from a flat file

Hi All:

I have created a cube from flat file.Is their anyway where i can define in the cube to add new dimension or level when their is change(adding or removing columns) in the source flat file.

If you mean automatically, no, though I suppose technically you could script something with a CognosScript macro and/or verb MDL.  You'd probably need field identifiers in your flat file to do something like that so you'd also have to strip those off before feeding it to Transformer, and would have to implement some sort of naming convewntion in those IDs so your script would know whether an addition was supposed to be a new level in an existing dimension or a new dimension.
Come to think of it I like my original answer best: no.

You could try the autodesign option in transformer but then you would be the first one I know who likes that thing.
