Error when selecting package

Hi,

have new install of Analytics. When selecting a package to use in report studio, get the following error message

TypeError: window.parent.require is not a function
http://<server>:9300/pat/rsstartupblock_1.js?v=167871828217

Any help appreciated

Hello - What version of Cognos are you using?  There is a known issue for this in version 11.2.3.
It could be an issue with the browser you are using to reach Cognos as well - what browser are you using?

Seems like a strange error unless you do not have access to that package.
