Is there a way to determine (list) the parameters defined in a C8 report?
The menu allows to view report pages, prompt pages, queries, variables and classes, but there does not appear to be a GUI for maintaining parameters..

The easiest way is to double click on one of the query items and then on the left hand side pane, click on the last tab on the bottom. It'll list all the parameters you have in the report.
Another way is to click on one of the prompts and then click on parameter in the properties. It'll give you a list of parameters in a drop down.

Thanks Suraj,

The background to my question is that, when generating a parameter (standalone like a data item) in cognos 8 one does need to associate it to - for example - a list (properties of the list) Otherwise it is not possible to pass parameter values from a top-level menu.
In reportnet it was enough to just create a parameter as ?par1?

Thanks again..
