Error while opening an older report "CAF-WRN-2082"

Hi,
  While trying to open few older reports, I am getting an error "CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator." I am on 11x version. What could be the possible reason for this?  I tried restarting the server. There are no data model changes and the Framework can retrieve test data.

Hi,

The CAF-WRN-2082 error is usually followed by text that says "The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID: <something>"

At this point, you either need to go looking in the cognosserver.log file for that particular error (you can search on the SecureErrorID it gives you), or ask your Administrator to do that. The log file should provide a lot more detail on the error, and hopefully point you in the right direction. I would expect to see other following error codes listed in the log file that relate to this. If you can't figure it out from those, post back with the details of what they are and we'll try to help, or log a call with IBM Support if you'd rather not post them up.
