Dashboards 11.2.x security question - How to hide the "Edit" switch/toggle?

I don't have direct control over the user security in my Cognos 11.2.x system; so, I'm going to need to ask someone on our staff for help.  I'm looking for clarity from anyone here on what I need to ask my Cognos Security dude to change for me.

I'm trying to find a way to hide/remote the "Edit" switch/toggle that appears in the top left corner of the frame when a user displays a Dashboard.  I need to prevent the average users from altering any Dashboards.

I'm wondering if any of you might be able to tell me what specific Cognos security level or setting is necessary to achieve that?  I'm hoping maybe to have our security create a second login for me that I can use to test with to ensure that new user can display a published Dashboard but will have no access to the "Edit" switch/toggle.

Thank you.

I haven't done admin for a long time but I am presuming the user should have only Read and Traverse access to the folder where your Dashboard is saved.
