Cognos Report - Mail attachment size increase

Hi All,

we are new to cognos administration and One of the business user asked us to incrase the cognos report mail size maximum.. currently we have confiurated max 9MB.  We understand if we increase the mail attachement size the performance will be impact.

Could you please let me know how the performance will impact if we increase the mail size.. (share the document/ URL if you have )
