Hi guys, I have a problem and I would like your help.

I'm integrating IBM Maximo 10.7.6 with Cognos Analytics 11.0.11.

I searched the ibm site for the documentation and apparently I'm doing everything as requested, but when I go into IBM Control Desk and then into Analytics, it ends up being redirected, opening a login screen.

maximo/webclient/common/cogforcelogout.jsp

Has anyone gone through something similar?

Hi,

I think the way you configure the integration between Maximo and Cognos dictates whether or not you get forced to log in when you launch Cognos. Are you authenticating via MXCSP or via LDAP?

Take a look at the following article on the IBM Support site:

https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/password-challenge-when-going-maximo-cognos

Does this help?

Cheers!

MF.

I use MXCSP.
The Production server is working normally, logging into Cognos from Control Desk automatically, without having to log into Cognos. The Homologation Server (tests) that has this problem and I can't see the difference/error.
