Displaying measure values on a bar chart

Hi,
I would like to create a bar chart which shows the shares listed (Yaxis) under a particular fund.
I also have a mean share value (Say 100). For shares where the difference from mean is less than 0, I want to show the bars on left side of y-axis (negative values) and for shares where the difference is greater than 0, I want to show bars on right side of y-axis (+ve values).
For each bar, I also need to show the actual share value as well.
The X axis interval should be showing values as 20,40,60,.

I used a Bar chart and added the variable (difference between mean and actual) as measure. How can I display the actual value on the bar (which is displayed based on difference)?

Thanks,
