What are the requirements for setting up a notification database in SQL server?

- Are there any sizing limits provided by IBM? or what do you set as your sizing limit?
- As users begin using notifications, what is the growth rate estimate?
- Do you have any backup strategy for the notification db?
- Is it okay to have data loss? If so, then what is the impact?
