How to fetch the Package Properties in Report Studio Report

These are the two packages I am using for all my reports and I wanted to create a report to fetch the Package Name, Last Modified Date & Time, Query Mode (CQM / DQM).
Is there a way that we can use the Audit package to create this report. Please suggest!

1) Go Sales (query)
2) Customer Analytics

No.  You will need to query the Content Store database.
