My schedules and subscriptions

Hi,

I am facing an issue with My schedules and subscriptions on cognos connection page. When I am selecting the past under the drop down menu nothing shows up. I can see the schedules, upcoming and current activities but not the past activities.

Can you please suggest how to fix this issue.

Please check the Date selection in PAST activities, by default it will be current day.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the date selection, it is not showing anything for any past date and 'ALL' is selected in the filter in the past activities.

It is still not showing anything.

The schedules and upcoming activities shows the results.
