Hi there...

I have problems managing access permissions to public folders. By default any user can access all public folders.
I give you an example:
- Login with "User1" - within Public Folders, we have a new folder called "FolderExample".
- We exclusively give permissions to user2 and we also include (user2) within the members of the folder.
- If we login with user3, we should not see that folder.
However, if we go to Properties/advanced, we have full permission. We cannot restrict access to a user/role/ group.
We have also removed the permission of the groups "AllUsers" and "Authenticated Users" but nothing :(

Thank you very much.

Hi,

What permissions are defined in the root of the Team Content area? By default these will be inherited by everything below, unless you explicitly change each folder. My guess is that the Everyone group has permissions granted at the root level, and this is why you are seeing the results you are reporting here?

Cheers!
