Prompt Page Troubleshooting

I am fairly new to Cognos, we are starting to implement it into the company about a month ago. They want me to get my feet wet before we start doing trainings. I have been learning a lot doing trial and error, but right now I am facing problems with Prompt Pages.


Example:
What I want to design is a prompt with a transaction number parameter, and with that information find the clients' first and last name and account number. All this information is already linked in the database, and a View was already created with all these values and ready to use in Cognos 11.
