Cognos 11.1 R3 - new search issue: There was an error with your search

Earlier on this topic (2018 Q3) it was advised to re-name the indices folder in the ..\cognos\analytics\data\search folder and re-start the IBM Cognos service.

This is not working anymore. Also the cm and mo folders are no longer located in indices but in the collections folder.

In short, we restarted cognos but still no search,

Anyone a brilliant idea?
