Hi All,

I have a requirement where i need to show the data for Year wise ,quarter wise and month wise in 3 pages.

For year i am getting the values correctly for all the measures and for quarter and month measures are not population properly

Do we need to create the separate calculations for Quarter and Month?

Year,Quarter and Month column are direct columns

Thanks

Hi,

You'd need to be a little more specific about what you mean when you refer to Quarter and Month. Do these include the year also (eg 2018 Q2, April 2018) or are they just the quarter value and month value in isolation (eg Q2, April)?
What exactly do you mean by "not populating properly"? Are the measure values too small? Too great? Zero? Null? Something else?
Are all your pages fed from the same query or different queries?
What (if any) filters do you have?

Hi MFGF,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes we are using the same query for all the report pages.

When we are displaying quarter and month there also year wise summary data we are showing,in those pages Year wise data is coming correctly but not quarters and Months.

Measure values are getting high.

Only the filter diff is first query parameter 1 and second query is having parameter 2 (But the column name is same for 2 prompts).

We have to show the measure data aswell as few columns from both the queries and same we need to show the variance also between these measures.

thanks,

Hi,

OK - so you have one query.
You didn't answer the question about what you mean for Quarter and Month, though. Do these include the year also (eg 2018 Q2, April 2018) or are they just the quarter value and month value in isolation (eg Q2, April)?
The measure values are showing as too high, so that could be a filtering issue or it could be to do with the Quarter and Month values themselves (as above) or how you have written the report...
You need to give us more information to be able to help - it's impossible to say what the issue is from the details we have so far.

Cheers!

HI MFGF,

I have solved the issue by seting the aggregate properties for the measures

Thanks all for your time and effort
