Unable to do a deployment export

Hello gurus,
When I try to do a deployment export of a package from Tools\Content Administration - and select the various options and finally when I see the status of export, it says EXECUTING even after 3 days. Deleted it, and created a new export still the same. Rebooted the server still with no joy.

Went to the actual folder crn\deployment, and it looks it has created a .zip file. But I think it is not a complete package export as it gives errors when I try to import this file on the UAT cognos server.

About a month ago, this used to take about 5-6 seconds or max 1 minute.

I dont know what happened, and I am sure nothing has changed recently.

Would you experts have any idea why this might happen ?

I think I have fixed it..had went thru many Cognos KB..
This is the fix...

Click Tools/My preferences.
Then in Personal Tab, click "Renew Credentials".
That's it.

Everything is working as before !

Not only for deployment, but if you do not renew credentials after changing NT password, you can't schedule a report to run.
