Source/Tools icons don't appear in page design/page preview

Hi, I recently upgraded CA to version 11.1 R1. I found an issue in reports.  When you are seeing the report in page design/preview mode, the icons of Source, Data Ítems and Tools are not visible at first view.

I discovered that there is a "hidden" icon below the Home icon. When you mouse over this "hidden" icon, a tag called "Insertable objects" appears. After clicking it, the icons of Source,Data Items and Tools finally are visible.

This is a problem for new users or those who seldom use the reports. Is it possible to edit that "hidden" area in order to show some icon? Does anyone has the same issue?

*I attached an image with the issue.

This may be permissions or language related.

We have 11.1 R1 as well and do not have this issue. We are using EN and I am an admin on the system.

I have attached what I see when I first open up a report after I select the generic template.

Datasource tab / insertable objects tab is open already. Nothing hidden.

I also see the Insertable Objects tab when I create a new report. The problem is that I don't see the attached icon*

Hence, when users access an EXISTING report through the design/preview mode, they don't know how to see the Source/Tools sections

I did the same test.

Ran an existing report. Clicked the pencil icon and attached what I see.

Unusual that you have to hover for it to appear.

If it was limited to one PC i would suggest its a cache issue or low spec'd PC not showing the icons due to memory issues.

If its happening to clients maybe it could still be a low spec issue though server based. Maybe increase the memory on your server.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Just found this.

Looks like a bug.
