Hello guys!
I have 2 servers (2 dispatchers - A and B).
Both servers are connected to one Content Store.
I created a lot of schedule on reports.
BUT
all of this Scheduled reports works on 1st server (A). And no one on server B.

How can i route a part of Scheduled reports to server B?

Help, please)

Regards,
Alex

Since you don't have an external load balancer in place. Your system will use Cognos' default balancing scheme.
here's an article that might give you idea on dispatcher routing :

I have external balancer. It routes 1by1: 1 user to server A - 1 user to server B.
But it does not help with sheduled reports.
And no information in google about any solution of balance scheduled reports.

If I switch off Server A, then all scheduled reports execution at Server B.

How many schedule reports are there ? did you check if you run the any reports and notice the request went to B server ?

Its there any routing rule setup done ?

Please share you config details so that we can try to identify the issue.

Thanks,

You'll normally only see the inbuilt load balancing kick in if more than 50% of the available report service connections are utilised on the first server. In your case this will be 50% of the number of batch report services multiplied by the number of connections. If less than 50% of the total connections are in use, there's no need to load balance.

Cheers!
