Query service internal problem accrued please see the log files

Hello, I am using Analytics 11. Created a new dashboard by using the new data source connections. But when i try to apply the filters on the dashboard i am getting the 'Query service internal problem accrued please see the log files'. Could anyone please help me on this.

The first thing I'd suggest is that you look up the errors which are in the cognosserver.log file and in the xqe log files.  You might need to edit the xqe diagnostic configuration file to enable a more detailed level of logging but let's start with what you have.

Some of the errors will also be in the browser's console and network tabs.

Also try to see if you can produce the error while creating a filter in the data module itself and if you can get the problem to happen in report studio.

A little more detail about what you were doing when you tried 'to apply the filters' could be helpful too.

The attached screenshot is the error I am getting when I try to filter by clicking on any visualization.

... and the logs?  What do you see there?  That's where you ought to start your troubleshooting.

As for the picture, actually I was trying to see what you were trying before the errors happened.
