TM1 on WINDOWS - Service Name

OK - One more question -- on our Windows server -- in Services- our TM1 Server instance is showing as
IBM Cognos TM1 Service x64 / my_Tm1

When we try to start it in the Config tool, it throws an error indicating the service name is different - -it is looking to start
IBM Cognos TM1 Service / my_Tm1      (notice no "X64")

But we cannot figure out WHERE these 2 different text values are coming from
Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
