What are all the }tp_ objects for?

And why isn't an new TI process I create allowed to be saved with the  }  as the first character ?  We are putting together a "clean up" routine that will delete non-admin users from the  }Clients dimension on an annual basis, but would like it to be grouped with the Control objects.
