Hi,

we have the following setup:

CA 11.0.9 on a Win 2012 Server
We dont use IIS as gateway, our Apache Proxy redirects directly on port 9300.
Everything works fine in Chrome and Firefox, but in Internet Explorer we get the error (--> attachment).
When I call the local server directly on port 9300 all 3 browsers work fine, only problem is when we request Cognos via the public URL in IE11.
Authentication works with Microsoft AD.

Any idea?
Best regards
Florian

Hi Florian, did you find a resolution for this problem?  We are also seeing this after upgrading to R8.

Thanks,
Jeremy

No.
We requested external support right now. I will keep you informed.

Interesting: This can happen so that IE=ok, Firefox=ok and Chrome=not ok.
In this situation Chrome works if cognos is accessed from a new incognito window.

AND this is currently affecting only one user.

Hi Jeremy, we are on CA11.0.9 ourselves, and we started getting this after our upgrade from CA11.0.8.
We are not sure where it's coming from, but clicking "OK" just gets rid of the popup, and the user can log onto the Portal.

We have this showing up in IE (11.0.9600) and in Firefox (52.8.0), but not Chrome (66.0.3359).
We have had several notifications by our users, but nobody has actually been denied access after clicking "OK".
