Achieving similar report as attached

HI,

I have 2 questions,

1) I am using visualization in my report - clustered bar chart . I dont see a property to show data value on the bar. Is this not available when visualization is used.

2) In the attached screenshot there is a bar chart showing year over year sales, next to that there is a circle showing percentage change.what control in cognos can be used to achieve it.and how can i relate bar chart with circle both being 2 components.

Can you Explain about the circle Visualization..

1.Why and what for you need Circle Visualization and what type of Data item you wanna use for circle(measured data item will be used)

I have a question for you.

Are you comparing the visualizations with Tableau?

For 1, i think the document is empty , i think you forgot to save it ,
For 2 , I want to show precentage change in circle for each product showed in bar chart . so bar chart has 2 lines for each product showing current year sale ans last year sale .so the circle corresponding to it will show percentage change between them for each product .
