On-demand toolbar appearing at bottom of report page

I've noticed that any time I attempt to create a list report with a scrollable area height defined, the on-demand toolbar appears at the very bottom of the page once you scroll down a little within the list report.  I created a simple list report with sample data and set the scrollable area height to 450 pixels, and set the rows per page to 1000.  You can see in the attachment that I scrolled down slightly, clicked within the list report, and the on-demand toolbar appeared at the lowest point of the screen.  I have been able to replicate this with every list report I've attempted.  I've also tested this on 11.0.7 and 11.0.9 and it happens in both environments.  Has anyone else noticed this before?  If so, is there a solution?

I also searched the RFE's and didn't notice anything there, so I created an RFE.  I've provided the link below in case anyone would like to vote to have it considered.

I'm facing the same issue. It always pops up in the bottom of my page so I can't do Page Up and Page Down and my client finally complained about it too since we use the Analytics as a part of our Ad-Hoc Query. Is there any way to tell it to have the On-Demand page to pop up somewhere else may be on top?
Thanks a lot!

:) Under the (...) More-Options, you'll find the option to enabled the On-Demand only for Right Mouse Click.
Thanks

It was discussed in a recent webinar that they are aware of this and are looking at making it movable (post R9). You can press the ESC key to close the toolbar if it is blocking other elements within the interface.

That's great to hear.  It's not necessarily an issue with it interfering with anything else on the interface, but more the fact that you could have a list report only taking up the top third of the report and your filter appears at the very bottom.  Fingers crossed that they get a fix out sooner rather than later.
