Hi,

Sadly you haven't given us anything to go on. All we know is you are getting a blank page instead of your expected prompt. We don't know how your report is written, or what browser you are using, or what sort of package you are using, or even what version of Cognos you are using. You need to give us enough information to be able to help you.

Let me finish by asking you a question in a similar way:

Hi,

in my case it helped when I defined default selection for prompt on prompt page.
