Timestamp in Report body

Hi all,
I have a requirement to add Latest Execution time in the report header. I have prompts and Finish button in the report page ( No prompt page in report). I have used AsOfDate() , AsOfTime(), Report.Date() and none of these get refreshed during second page load. Please let me know the alternate ways of achieving this.

Any help is highly appreciated.
