I trie to generate a report in XML format but it doesn't work.
When I execute it in html or csv format, it works but when I trie in xml format, it doesn't work. It worked some days ago.

This one is generated in a same time anothers xml reports who are generated without any problems. I use a work for this.

Could you help me ?

It would help if you explained what "doesn't work" means. Error message? Incorrect output? Runs forever without returning result? Something else?

Hi Lynn,

Sorry, you're right.
The error message is:
CNC-GEN-2107 An unexpected error has occurred. The message is: Java heap space.
RSV-DST-0014 Unable to deliver the output of the report. See the run history details for more information. Ensure that the required services are started. Ensure that the user account is configured to distribute the output in the requested manner.

Thanks

CNC-GEN-2107 tells me you don't have enough memory allocated to the java heap space. See the technote below:

Hi MFGF,

Great again !
MFGF, Again  time thanks a lot.

I had changed the "Maximum memory in MB" before but I had not stop and restart services.
When I stop and restart services, it's work well.

Thanks for your precious help

Fab91

I changed the Maximum memory from 768 to 1152.
