Bursting report, only one recipient is not receiving e-mail

Hi,
I have developed a report in Cognos8 and its been there for so long. Now all this while it was sending reports to all the recipeints.
Now there is a new user added to this group. Only this new user is not receiving the e-mail.
May I know what needs to be checked from my end.
Note that there are no errors generated. I check therun history but no errors.

The first thing you should do is to check that the person that is not getting the email, has the correct email address listed for them in the directory. I had the same problem and it was as simple as that.

Hi,
  I did check that. He is all set with that. He is been receiving other e-mails.

Hi,
  Well I did not mean that he is receiving e-mail. I meant to say that he has all the setup in place, but still does not receive the e-mails from the burst report.
  What else can you think could go worng with just this e-mail.?
