select n search prompt doesn't work in pdf format

Hi all,

We recently migrated from Cognos 10.2 to Cognos Analytics.
One of our reports doesn't show up any option to select  in 'Select and Search prompt' when run in pdf format.
It works fine in HTML/EXCEL but the user's want the default selection to be in pdf which doesn't work.

This report was working absolutely fine in 10.2 version.
I even tried creating the entire prompt page again but still no luck.
(Datasource is TM1 cubes)

Any help is appreciated.
