Tableau twbx file convert for upload to cognos 11

Hi we are trying to load files monthly that are downloaded from tableau, massage them using an oracle dummy db, by import to table then doing data dump to load to backend cognos 11. This takes a very long time as csv file is 6gb and there are often errors hard to pick up through sql dev. Does anyone know another way or another tool we could use to do this more effectively? We cannot do direct connection from cognos to tableau as we are using 3rd party to maintain our cognos and they refuse any external connections.
