Disable sending report in an email in 11.0.7

Is there a new way to disable the ability to email a report in 11.0.7? Or is it the same way as in the past making some changes in an xml file? I dug through the Feature customizing in a group, but did not see an option there.

No I haven't. I have dug through everything and don't see a way. Hopefully they add this to the Feature Customization for groups and users in the future.
