When we send a report to be consumed on a Iphone with IOS 10.1.1. the report is only visible in a 1cm high border on top. You can scroll within this 1cm border. So it is useless for consumption.
Does anyone have experienced this? And maby have a solution ..

regards.

Are you sending a report output embedded in the email body, or are you sending a URL that links back to Cognos Analytics to consume the report?

Sounds to me like it's an issue with the mail client on iOS? Is it the native Apple client, or some other app? What do you see if you open the email on a different platform? Does the email render the report correctly on iOS if you go to Safari, connect to your mail via a web client and view the email through that?

Hello am@rav.no,
I am facing the same issue, did you get a solution?
In android mail client I can see the report properly, but not in Iphone.

Did you find a resolution.  I just upgraded from 10.2.2 to 11.0.6 and my HTML emails sometimes render.  The same email can render for one person but not another.

We are facing the same issue but with Cognos Analytics (11.0.6). IBM has an open RFE for this and is accepting votes to determine the importance of this issue before they can work on a fix.

More details here .. https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=102186
