Highlight one value on chart axis labels

Hello!

I have a linear chart, in which I need to highlight somehow only one label of the X axis. The X axis shows years and 2013 is a special one, so we need to highlight it. Is there any way to achieve this?

I tried applying conditional style, but it made no effect.

Considering using another colour for the dot, or use a bar chart and use another colour for the bar. What kind of measure are you showing per year (I assume year is your detail on the X axis)?
