Hi All,

I have one question in reportnet.

Some set of rows are not at all visible (hidden)in excel output. When you unhide then  it is visible and values are showing.

I am attaching the sample excel sheet. Please refer that rows 5 to 10 are hidden.

Could anyone tell me how to resolve this.

What is the problem - that they are hidden, or that they can be unhidden?

I've seen Excel rows hidden as a result of conditional formatting (Box Type=None), are you saying that these rows are hidden for no apparent reason?  What is the result if you run the report in html or pdf format?

Hi ,

Problem is rows are hidden in excel report. In html & PDF reports there is no issues and rows are visible.
Problem exists in Excel report only.

Please give me your suggestions to resolve this.

Thanks

Saravanan,
I have no clue what could be causing this.  I assume your report is a list, not a crosstab (based on your sample).  Is there any conditional formatting in the report at all, or are there conditional layouts?  Does the problem happen with every Excel output format?
You sample's content was very basic, is that the actual output from the report or were you just demonstrating the symptom?   The reason I ask is that if the report is very straightforward, perhaps you could try pointing it at the Great Outdoors data and if the symptom persists, post the xml here?
