RSAOMAccount error message, any info on this?

I received an error which looked as follows but haven't seen it since. I've had a look and can't seem to find information on what it relates to.

Could not execute object '/content/folder[@name='LIVE']/folder[@name='Tools']/report['report1']' of type 'RSAOMAccount' because a pluggable authored report generator library of this type does not exist or could not be loaded.


Anyone have any ideas what caused this and if it is something to be concerned about becoming a major problem?
