Drill Through Issue from a Cube Report

Hi,

I am doing sanity testing on our cube reports after we have migrated them from Cognos 8.4 to 10.2
However, I have experience some issues opening, and when drilling through to a report.

For the Drill through, the DT report is sourced from a relational source, when I tried to drill through, it shows a window that does not show any links to the DTR but when I re-try the process it will eventually open to the window where the link to the DTR is present.  But then when I run the DTR, it will show that I do not have sufficient privileges to access the target report.
But when I retry to same process, I will be able to successfully download and open the DTR in Excel.  We have checked the privileges and it is fine. Other users are also experiencing the same. Is there any way I can resolve this? once we get this Live, we cannot just declare that it is an expected behavior.
Please help, what should be done to correct this?
Greatly appreciate your help.

You might want to move this question to the Transformer forum, I think.

we may have found the solution on this issue with our Cube reports and drill through.  I did a testing on the Data Source Connections under Cognos Administration.  We have to two dispatcher servers for load balancing and when I tried to test the connection of one cube report on these two dispatchers, one succeeded and the other failed. So we took a look and modified the configuration of the other dispatcher server. After that was done, I ran a test on the cubes and drill through and so far, it's working fine now.
Thanks
