Where did the charts go?

Are any of you other Cognos gurus currently looking at Cognos 11.0.6?  I'm seeing something I didn't notice last time I looked:  There is no Chart tool in the toolbox.  Are you seeing the same thing?  (...or did I mess up my installation somehow?)

My users will probably never let me upgrade beyond 11.0.4 (with all its warts and blemishes).  I don't see the same level of detailed formatting control in visualizations that I see in charts.  I guess my users will be migrating all of their reporting solutions to Excel earlier than anticipated.

It's so nice that IBM used a filter icon for this.  That made it so obvious.  ???
