Crosstab Breaks 11.0.6

I need to display output in a crosstab and users want it exported to Excel.  When there are multiple dimensions add to the rows Cognos appears to be doing an automatic break on them and only displaying the first occurrence of each value.  When saved to Excel if there is a future need to sort on the column most values are empty.  Is it possible to populate all rows of each column when using multiple dimensions in a crosstab?

Hi,
The report property group repeating cells in excel is missing in Cognos Analytics or at least I could not find it, we are using a table with 2 cells and membercaption of the current member to get around this issue.
