Viewing an Active Report through Cognos Connection

Hi all,

Version 10.2.1.  I have created an active report that works great.  I have it scheduled to run every night and users open it by clicking inside Cognos connection (View most recent report)

This all works great.  However, once this user has it open for more than an hour, the charts stop working.  I realize they have lost connection to the server, but it doesn't tell them that.  Nor does it work after they log back in.

Is there any way to load the entire active report (including all charts) when they open it? 
Any other options?
