Value prompt & list in single page by filtering

I'm not quite clear about what you are asking? Are you asking whether you can have your prompt on the report page rather than on the prompt page? If so, the answer is yes - you can add prompts to your report page. The part you will need to be careful of is that you will need to add a Default Selection for the prompt(s), as the page can't render without the prompt being fulfilled, and the prompt is on that page. You will also either need to set your prompt(s) to Auto Submit, or else add a prompt button so your users can manually submit the prompt values.
