Hello All,

I was hoping if you can help me choosing the best modelling option for the below situation.

My data source is a single big view. However it is created using an union of two other ones, where on one I have certain types of measures (actual, budget) and on the other I have also a 'Version' dimension and measures stored against various versions (all other dimensions are common). This determines the data source being unaligned across the version dimension in my datasource (sample in the attachment).

1. Can I easily duplicate the 'Actual' or 'Budget' measures across the other versions? How?
2. I would need to create a variance measure between the Actual and the versioned measure! How can I create it since the data is not coming on the same line. Is there any possibility to create a calculated measure dependent on the other dimensions, but not on the version one, returning the value regardless of the version element?

What would be your approach on fulfilling first option. If that can be done I'll obviously not need the 2nd.
Hope I explained this well enough. Please be patient, I'm still a rookie in this!
