This might be the most helpful of replies, but can I humbly suggest that that's a pig-awful graph to implement? If someone is insisting that they want that format at least offer them an alternative. I've taken your figures and very quickly thrown together a different view which makes it much easier to compare the relative values, as well as to see which factor (4D, 5A etc.) is the biggest...neither of which is simple to do from the double doughnut.
