Hi All.

Anyone else come across this issue. My dashboard has a purpose built TM1 cube. Aliases have been setup. Level names are working. Hierarchy is working

I have a graph. I have one level dragged across as a filter. When i multi select within that one level filter I get an error.

I understand in TM1 single selected pretty much rules with out double clicking a context dimension and selecting the two values, which still only shows the two values and not a consolidated column.

So i'm thinking i maybe may have something to do with consolidation rules, or custom TI code for rollups. But so far my tinkering is not giving me any positive results. In the Cognos only world you can set aggregation at a row level and at a rollup level.

My TM1 skillz are somewhere in the newbie range. Has anyone else come across this issue, or any TM1 devs who know off the top of their head when developing a cube for Cognos if there is something i have missed.

The TM1 cube also has the mandatory measure dimension set in the properties as well as the Time dimension and the T-Dim is at the start and Measure dim a the end.

Update: If i have a stacked graph with 4 or more measures, i get the error. With 3 measures no worries, i can multiselect siblings and the graph responds accordingly. On the hunt now for memory settings or governors on dashboards with TM1 datasources and the ability to select more.

Can you replicate this with the samples? There are a couple of dimensionally modelled packages you can use. What error do you see? Is there anything reported in cogserver.log or in the XQE logs?

Ok long story short. This can now be closed. Tracked the error by hitting F12, clicking the network tab and clicking play to trap the error. Turns on from the error i was able to ascertain the microsoft error and what setting i should change within IIS and what to. This fixed the issue. H
